I welcome everyone to the 37th meeting in 2018 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee. Before we move to the main item of business, we have to make a decision on taking business in private. It is proposed that we take in private item 5, which is consideration of the evidence that we are about to hear from the Minister for Parliamentary Business and Veterans. Does the committee agree to take that item in private?
