Decision on Taking Business in Private

I welcome everyone to the first meeting in 2019 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee and wish everyone a happy new year.

Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that the committee takes items 6 and 7—consideration of the delegated powers provisions in the Budget (Scotland) (No 3) Bill and consideration of the legislative consent memorandum in respect of the United Kingdom Fisheries Bill—in private. Does the committee agree to do so?
