Good morning, and welcome to the 13th meeting in 2020 of the COVID-19 Committee. We have received apologies from Annabelle Ewing, Shona Robison and Willie Coffey, who are attending other parliamentary committees. Ruth Maguire has joined us as a substitute for Annabelle Ewing, Alasdair Allan has joined us as a substitute for Shona Robison, and Clare Adamson has joined us as a substitute for Willie Coffey. I welcome them to the meeting. Liam Kerr has also joined us as an additional member.
