Welcome to this meeting of the Communities Committee. I hope that everyone had a productive and useful recess.

For agenda item 1, I welcome Sandra White as a new committee member and ask her to declare any relevant interests.

Sandra White and I were together in the predecessor committee, so I look forward to working with her again.
