Steven Bonnar had no relevant interests to declare.
Gary Bouse declared an interest as a Councillor for Falkirk Council. He also declared an interest as having previously worked as a certified surveyor in remedial treatments and structural waterproofing and having worked in the property industry.
Kate Campbell declared an interest as a former Councillor for the City of Edinburgh Council and, within that role, as having worked with the development company, Edinburgh Living.
Mark Griffin had no relevant interests to declare.
Thomas Kerr declared an interest as a Councillor for Glasgow City Council.
Morven-May MacCallum declared an interest as a Councillor for the Highland Council.
The Committee chose Thomas Kerr as its Deputy Convener.
The Committee agreed to take item 4, and future considerations of its work programme, in private.
The Committee considered its work programme. The Committee agreed: to hold two business planning days in the autumn and to delegate agreement of arrangements to the Convener and the Clerks; to invite the Deputy First Minister and Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Local Government, the Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice and Housing, the Cabinet Secretary for Public Service Reform, and the Minister for Public Finance, to give evidence to the Committee in September; and to invite various stakeholders relevant to the Committee’s remit to give evidence to the Committee in the autumn.
