Members were invited to declare any relevant interests. The following interests were declared -
Bob Doris had no relevant interests to declare.
Michelle Campbell declared an interest as a registered Nurse with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and an elected member of Renfrewshire Council.
Max Bannerman declared no relevant interests.
Joe Fagan declared an interest as an elected member of South Lanarkshire Council.
Murdo Fraser declared an interest as a member of the Law Society of Scotland.
Alex Kerr declared an interest as an elected member of Glasgow City Council.
Lorna Slater declared an interest as Chair of Friends of Holyrood Park and that her husband is employed at Heriot Watt University.
The Committee chose Michelle Campbell as Deputy Convener.
The Committee agreed to take agenda item 4 in private and also agreed to take its work programme in private at its next meeting.
The Committee considered its approach to developing its work programme and agreed to hold a Business Planning Day.
