Members of the Committee were invited to declare any relevant interests. Dawn Black declared an interest as a sitting member of Aberdeenshire Council. Other members said that they had no relevant interests to declare.
The Committee chose Dawn Black as its Deputy Convener.
The Committee agreed to take item 5 in private.
The Committee considered and noted the Session 6 Public Audit Committee’s Legacy Report.
The Committee considered its approach to developing its work programme. The Committee agreed to hold a business planning session in August 2026 and to delegate responsibility to finalise the business planning session programme to the Convener.
