Members were invited to declare any relevant interests. The following interests were declared -
Clare Haughey declared an interest as a bank nurse with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.
Alan Brown declared no relevant interests.
Kim Schmulian declared no relevant interests.
Michael Marra declared no relevant interests.
Liam Kerr declared an interest as a Director and shareholder in Trinity Kerr Limited.
Pauline Stafford declared an interest as an elected member of West Lothian Council and as a former employee of the National Youth Choir of Scotland.
Liam McArthur had no relevant interests to declare.
The Committee chose Alan Brown as Deputy Convener.
The Committee agreed to take agenda item 4 in private and also agreed to consider its work programme in private at its next meeting.
The Committee considered its approach to developing its work programme and agreed its Budget Process 2027-28 Guidance for Committees. The Committee also agreed to appoint a budget adviser and the specification for this role and to hold a Business Planning Day.
