2. Follow-up inquiry into salmon farming in Scotland:

The Committee took evidence from—

Charles Allan, Group Leader, Fish Health Inspectorate, Scottish Government.

Edward Mountain declared an interest as a partner in a wild salmon fishery.


3. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee considered the following negative instrument—

Seed (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/146)

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.


4. Follow-up inquiry into salmon in Scotland (In Private):

The Committee considered a work programme paper.


5. Follow up inquiry into salmon farming in Scotland (In Private):

The Committee reviewed the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
