Nicola Harcus, Assistant Director of Regulation and Helen Shaw,Director of Regulation, Scottish Housing Regulator;

Paul McLennan, Minister for Housing, Darren Knox, Fuel Poverty & House Condition Analysis Team and Naeem Bhatti, Head of Fuel Poverty and Housing Standards Unit, Scottish Government.
