Tess White MSP declared an interest as a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

The Committee considered the following negative instrument— SI 2022/697 - The General Pharmaceutical Council (Amendment) Rules Order of Council 2022.

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instrument.
