1. Pre-budget scrutiny 2025-26: Managing Scotland's Public Finances: A Strategic Approach:

The Committee took evidence in a roundtable format from—

2. National Performance Framework: Inquiry into proposed National Outcomes:

The Committee further considered the evidence received on a proposed Contingent Liability. The Committee agreed to approve the proposed Contingent Liability.
