The Committee reviewed the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
The Committee agreed its pre-budget letter to the Scottish Government. The Committee also agreed to write to HM Treasury regarding rules relating to the Scottish National Investment Bank’s functions.
The Committee reviewed its work programme.
