1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.


2. Documents subject to parliamentary control:

The Committee considered the following instrument—

Draft statutory guidance on imprints for non-party campaigners at Scottish Parliamentary elections and council elections in Scotland.

Emma Roddick indicated that she intended to lodge a motion that the draft statutory guidance on imprints for non-party campaigners at Scottish Parliamentary elections and council elections in Scotland not be approved. The Committee noted that the motion would be considered at its next meeting.


3. Cross-Party Group (in private):

The Committee considered a note by the Clerk in relation to the scheduling of Cross-Party Group meetings. The Committee agreed to consider a possible change to the rules in Section 6 of the Code of Conduct at a future meeting.




4. Scottish Parliament (Recall and Removal of Members) Bill (in private):

The Committee concluded its consideration of a draft Stage 1 report.
