The Committee considered and agreed to finalise its approach to the national Call for Views by correspondence.

The Committee considered its approach to an informal engagement session.

The Committee considered its work programme.
The Committee considered correspondence received in relation to its Robbing Peter to pay Paul: Low income and the debt trap report alongside the responses received from the Scottish Government, COSLA and UK Government. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government and COSLA.
The Committee agreed its approach to consideration of subordinate legislation in relation to the Up-rating of social security benefits.
The Committee also agreed to hold a Business Planning Session before summer recess.
The Committee considered correspondence received from Advice Talks Ltd concerning how warrants are obtained through the Scottish court system under the Rights of Entry (Gas and Electricity) Boards Act 1954. The Committee agreed to write to Ofgem, Energy UK, Scottish Justices Association, the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service and the Scottish Government.
