The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

3. Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard under agenda item 2.

4. Work programme (In Private):

The Committee considered its work programme and agreed to issue a call for views, to run over the summer recess, to inform its pre-budget scrutiny 2023-24.
