6 Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the response received from the Scottish Government on the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed to report to the lead Committee, the Criminal Justice Committee.


7 Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered an update on the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill following recent amendments to the Bill in the UK Parliament.


8 Trusts and Succession (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier in the meeting.
