7 Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation in devolved areas conferred on Scottish Ministers and UK Ministers in the Shark Fins Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government.


8 UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament supplementary legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on UK Ministers in devolved areas in the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed its report to the Economy and Fair Work Committee.
