8 Animal Welfare (Kept Animals) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee was content with the powers to make subordinate legislation conferred on Scottish Ministers in the Animal Welfare (Kept Animals) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) and agreed to report to the lead committee.
