4 Carer’s Allowance Supplement (Scotland) Bill :

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to publish a report.



5 Environment Bill (UK Parliament legislation):

 The Committee considered the powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in the Environment Bill (UK Parliament legislation). The Committee agreed to write to the UK Government, the Scottish Government and relevant committees.
