The second discussion focused on the policy areas highlighted in the Committee’s survey work, and which of the areas may be where human rights aspirations are the hardest to meet.
This might be in spite of the correct clinical decision being made. Prisoners may not be informed about what decision has been made, nor how long they might expect to wait for an appointment or for treatment.
