(2) Regulations under— 30 (aa) section 13 may modify any enactment other than this Act, (b) section 45 may modify any enactment including this Act. (3) Regulations under any of the following provisions are subject to the affirmative procedure: sections 13, 36, 37B and 37C. (5) Regulations under section 45— 35 are subject to the affirmative procedure if they add to, replace or omit any part (a) of the text of an Act, but (b) otherwise, are subject to the negative procedure. 17 Care Reform (Scotland) Bill Part 4—Final provisions 47 Commencement (1) This Part comes into force on the day after Royal Assent. (2) The other provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Scottish Ministers may by regulations appoint. 5 48 Short title The short title of this Act is the Care Reform (Scotland) Act 2025.
