The Plan also contains a commitment to Fair Work and Just Transition principles, enhancing workforcedevelopment to respond to opportunities brought by the emergence of new technologies, safeguarding and creating high-quality, green jobs.
On what Emma Ritch said about BT, I concur that BT is very flexible with the contracts that it offers, but that is not done on behalf of the workforce: it is for the business.
