That was particularly the case after the previous economic downturn, which came about as a result of the crisis in the banks, the availability of capital for businesses to draw upon and the business uncertainty that arose from that.
If it had an issue, would it have to come to the Scottish Government and take money from a bank account? Do you know where liquid resources would come from in a moment of difficulty?
We will need to start getting that money into the bank, because some units will get to the stage at which they are too expensive to repair and it will be cheaper to replace them.
