SEPA_Response to Environmental Authorisations Scotland Regs 2025 letter 13 January 2025

Applicants can now receive their authorisation in 15 minutes as opposed to 28 days. Between April 2023 and March 2024, we issued approximately 6000 authorisations through our new digital licensing systems.
