I do not see. Are you referring to the letter dated 3 March? I have in front of me the letter from the solicitors, Addleshaw Goddard—I do not know whether I am pronouncing that right—dated 24 February 2020, saying that the proposed billings schedule, which I presume is the tender document, was delivered to it on 28 August 2015 at 10:58, as date stamped at the bottom of the page.

I know that the Scottish FA is pushing an idea involving a voucher scheme that allows young people to be physically active, particularly through the summer and other holidays. It is a system that allows young people who cannot afford to be active free access to a range of things.

Legislative Consent Memorandum: delegated powers relevant to Scotland in the Elections Bill - Review of powers conferred on UK Ministers exercisable in devolved areas
Paragraph 156 of the UK DPM states that the power will allow the list of relevant offences to be kept up to date over time as new offences are created or existing offences are amended or repealed, and therefore to ensure that the legislation continues to work as intended.
