NHS Forth Valley Update on NHS Scotland Support and Intervention Framework

NHS Forth Valley were previously at Stage 4 of the Framework and as set out in a letter to the Committee on 26 September 2024, the Board were de-escalated to Stage 3 on 1 October 2024; the decision to now move the Board to Stage 2 has been taken in light of the on-going improvements made in relation to governance, leadership and culture as set out below.
