That is harder to achieve, but time should be spent on working out how we can best do so. That emphasises the importance of making the inquiry representative.
The issue for us is partnership and whether the organisations will work together so that they can provide the best business support, area by area. The issue is indeed whether they will work together.
If members are aware of cases of constituents who are having difficulty with benefits—which should not happen—or insurance claims, as Mr Robson described, the best route is for the local member to take them up.
I repeat that, while that was unavoidable, it was not desirable. The Executive will do its best to avoid having to put so much pressure on the committees, on the Parliament— And ministers.
