It does indeed, and it is a pity that the First Minister did not have a passport to the chamber for that debate, because he and I could then have discussed it for the best part of a couple of hours.I have a specific and important concern relating to the protection of our children to raise with the First Minister.

When the Church of Scotland, or any other voluntary provider of care homes operates in a local authority area, I would hope that the organisation would discuss with the local authority the best use of its facility and whether it had a future.
