Are there any further questions from members? In invite Keith Brown to come in. First, I am looking to hear about the actions that you think might be possible for Scotland specifically to take to address some of the issues that you have raised.
It is clear that most of the money goes on pay. The point that I made to Keith Brown was that, because of the pay deals to try to avoid strike action, for example, and because of inflation costs and people’s household budgets really suffering, we wanted to try to reach settlements that were as fair as possible.
We should look to have a broader experience of civil servants in different Administrations. That is something that the Brown commission looked at in seeking to ensure that people who come into the civil service bring different skills and that there are opportunities for civil servants to work in private firms and the like to get broader perspectives.

Again, if we were to do that sort of analysis of Scotland, we would find the number of BME women’s rights organisations that do not have any brown or black women on their boards or senior management teams to be an absolute issue, especially when they are running BME-specific projects.
