We need the baseline data. You are absolutely right that we do not have that for Scotland, although it is unlikely to be very different from the Welsh experience.
I am delighted to say that we have managed to get through the rest of the agenda, so we now come back to item 3, which is the Succession (Scotland) Bill. I just need to make sure that everyone is comfortable and that I have the right papers in front of me.

Introduction
This report considers the delegated powers in the Non-surgical Procedures and Functions of Medical Reviewers (Scotland) Bill (“the Bill”) at Stage 1.
The Bill
To provide for the more fundamental structural changes of fund consolidation and associated issues, the Bill introduces new powers for the authorities responsible for LGPSs.
As noted in a recent SPICe blog on the workload of committees, few bills take longer than a year to scrutinise, so the 18-months between introduction and passing of the Housing (Scotland) Bill was unusual.
