As is ever the case in any organisation, there will be some who are first out of the traps and getting on with it, and there will be some who take a bit longer to get to where they need to get to.
We seek to support those individuals where we can, whether that is by moving the targeted individual, moving the individual who is posing a threat to them, or trying to get them access to support services if they are actively using substances.
In the past, we have expected people to run the existing system while making the changes that we need to make in order to get to where we need to get to in the future.
