UK Internal Market Inquiry - Role of the OIM

Scottish Budget 2022-23 - Borrowing powers
The Budget sets out plans to borrow the maximum £450 million in capital borrowing to support infrastructure expenditure in 2022-23. The MTFS projections suggest lower levels of capital borrowing in future years and that the total stock of debt will reach £2,730 million by the start of 2026-27.
