In its submission, Inverclyde Council Local Police and Fire Scrutiny Committee describes the benefits of its investment in body worn video cameras, “in relation to the capture of antisocial behaviour incidents or when enforcement officers have locus in addition to supporting the welfare and safety of our staff”.
