We would urge our successor to continue to hold the Scottish Government to account to ensure it brings forward policies and legislation to contribute to a more equal and less polarised society.
The Government rejected the second proposal but acknowledged that the commission could be made to be more accountable and to take into account differences in the different parts of the crofting counties.
