A transcript of the meeting will be produced called “the Official Report” and this, alongside the video, form part of the public record and will be transferred to the Scottish Parliament archive at National Records of Scotland.
Data submitted by other means (e.g. by email or hard copy) will be held by the MSP’s office and shared with NGBU for the purposes of producing a summary of responses to the consultation.

The Scottish Association of Law Centres has produced a briefing calling for Advice and Assistance thresholds to be increased to the levels of Civil Legal Aid.
