The introduction of the Health and Care (Staffing)(Scotland) Bill, will place the use of the existing innovative workload tools on a statutory footing enabling the right level of staffing for the workload associated with patient need.
Officials from Defra and from the Office of the Secretary of State for Scotland remain available to answer any further questions you may have about the Bill or any of these amendments.
