On 11 March, Tom Gordon from The Herald received confirmation in a freedom of information response that there was no modelling of the Government’s childcare policy.
The report, which was published in June 2007, related to the period up to March 2005 and referred to the period in which the then Scottish Executive was controlled by a Labour-Liberal Administration.
