Revised Explanatory Notes Scottish Elections Reform Bill accessible

Subsections (5) to (10) set out the process for approval of the draft code by the Scottish Parliament. The Scottish Parliament may resolve not to approve the draft code and if the Parliament makes such a resolution, the Scottish Ministers may not take any further steps in relation to the draft code (subsection (6)).
