Together Scotland considered it an extremely strong Bill that has been drafted in a very inclusive way— The drafters have listened to children and young people who said that they wanted full and direct incorporation because they wanted to know that the rights in the bill were the same rights as those in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, which other children across the world also enjoy.
