As the committee is aware, the UK Supreme Court 2021 judgment on the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill and the European Charter of Local Self-Government (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill has implications for the potential scope of the proposed duties under the human rights bill, and we continue to use this time to chart a way forward on that.
