As we have heard this afternoon, every MSP in the chamber agrees with that, although there are stark differences in policies and in how we believe Scotland is performing compared with other countries.
Ring fencing makes things easy, in a sense—I am not saying that I agree with ring fencing—in that it enables us to follow the money and see where it has gone. People ask MSPs how much is spent on education and so on.
