The Joint Budget Review on matters related to climate change between the Scottish Government and the Scottish Parliament recommended three strands of work; an enhanced climate narrative was included in the Budget documentation in 2023-24 and a revised approach to the climate taxonomy of budget lines including the expansion from solely capital to both capital and resource will be applied to the 2024-25 spending lines.
