My understanding is that they will not have to evidence their contact with the health service. What we are saying is that, through contact with the social security system, those who are not in antenatal care would be encouraged.

(b) Whilst there have been no specific scheduled meetings, telephone and written contact has been regular, with ONR providing their latest updates to officials.
I represent Lothian, but I have been contacted by people from as far afield as the Highlands on this matter, which I suppose is because of my role as health and sport spokesperson.
It is right that we have that flexibility to support those who are on low to moderate incomes, and who would not be able to afford to buy their home otherwise, to access the housing market.
