Some have suggested that people need most support and care in the last year or year and a half of their lives. However, others might think that somebody who lives to 80 rather than 70 will need intensive care for an extra 10 years.
We know that young people are particularly vulnerable to the effects of alcohol, whether they are drinking themselves or are being affected by the drinking of other people in their lives. The variation contract will become live next week. The section from Stonehaven up to Craibstone and, on the southern leg, to Charleston will become live, and the Government will pay a proportional unitary charge for the section of the road that will be open.
