Report from a partial evaluation of the Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016 - The impact of the reporting duty on registered organisations
Two organisations (Association for Scottish Public Affairs and NFU Scotland) gave estimates in line with the Financial Memorandum but reported these were usually at the higher end of the estimated scale.
