Proxy voting scheme for MSPs.
Purpose of scheme
The scheme has been issued by the Presiding Officer under Standing Orders Rule 11.5A – Proxy Voting to set out how a MSPs may request a proxy under certain circumstances to vote on their behalf in votes in the Scottish Parliament.
