That is already reflected in the original budget that has been approved for 2010-11 and has no impact on this revision.Members will be aware that, in the draft budget that was published last week, I referred to carrying forward £100 million of budget provision from 2010-11 to support an equivalent sum of capital expenditure in 2011-12.
