My reason for being in the chamber today is because my parents were bombed out twice in Portsmouth right at the beginning of the war and, sadly for some, they brought me to Scotland, which I believe to be my home and in which I take great pride.The debate was commenced with the right words and the right feeling by Malcolm Chisholm.
