As soon as a Public Bill (i.e. a Government, Committee or Member’s Bill) has completed Stage 1, amendments for consideration at Stage 2 may be lodged; and as soon as Stage 2 is completed, amendments for Stage 3 consideration may be lodged.
The Committee will of course continue to monitor this issue and is of the view that scrutiny of the revaluation methodology is a matter that incoming elected members may wish to consider examining, after the Scottish Parliament elections in May.
